Thursday 7 December, 2023

CASE Construction Equipment hosted over 60 customers and dealers from Australia and New Zealand to an unforgettable week at its Tomahawk Customer Centre in Wisconsin, including a number from CASE Vic.

The Tomahawk Customer Centre, spanning 500 acres in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, served as the backdrop for an immersive experience. Attendees were given exclusive previews of industry-leading technology, new machinery, and personalised training sessions, providing a glimpse into the future of the construction industry in Australia and New Zealand.

CASE Vic Dealer Principal, Vince King said both customers and staff gained a lot from being able to get up close to the machinery.

“They got to attend training sessions and demos, also operate equipment that has not yet arrived into ANZ, including fully electric machinery,” Vince said.

“To see, touch, and feel the next generation of machinery was an exciting experience, and the feedback received has been nothing but positive.” Vince said.

“From the fantastic hospitality to the incredible insight into the future of construction machines, it’s been a priceless experience for our dealers and our customers.”

One of these customers who recently enjoyed a fully interactive week at Tomahawk with exclusive machinery previews, personalised machinery training, and first-hand cab experience said

“We were able to ride and drive the latest electric tech that CASE Construction Equipment has developed—it was incredible to see where the construction industry is heading.”

For over 60 years, the Tomahawk Customer Centre has stood as a lasting legacy for CASE Construction Equipment, serving as a global gathering place for dealers and customers.

The week showcased not only the brand’s commitment to innovation but also its dedication to providing an invaluable experience for industry leaders.
