CASE Victoria introduces Used Equipment Warranty!

Selected pieces of used equipment marketed by CASE Victoria and categorised as "CASE Vic Certified" will attract a 6 Month "Limited" Warranty....

"CASE Vic Certified" will apply to products under the selection criteria below:

• CASE Construction products ONLY.
• Maximum age 4 years from initial purchase.
• Maximum 4,000 hours operation.
• Evidence available supporting regular scheduled servicing has been maintained.
• 101 Point Checklist completed.
• Engine Service completed.
• Any/all safety related repairs completed.
• Visible condition described as Good to Excellent.

Warranty covers areas including Engine, Gearbox/Hydrostatic Transmission/Final Drives & Drive Motors, Differential, Turbo Charger, Cooling, Braking, Fuel & Electrical Systems, Steering, Hydraulic Components and Air-conditioning.

Optional Warranty Extensions

Additional warranty coverage is available at added cost to purchasers at the point of purchase only. Warranty plans Term and Maximum Payout cover can be extended in stages up to 24 Months and $60,000 per claim.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty

1. Within the warranty Terms & Conditions, owners are required to service machines according to recommended manufacturer intervals and routines, and supply evidence of services to the warranty provider.
2. Warranty's are transferrable should the machine be on-sold during the warranty period.
3. Cover commences 30 days from date of purchase and does not cover pre-existing faults.
4. Cost associated with travel charges or transport to repairing dealership is not covered.

Warranty cover is limited to the Maximum Payout value on items listed under the policy.
