Spare Parts

Our Parts team comprises two experienced Parts Interpreters, Peter and Greg, David our Stores / Parts Operative and Alan Knibb the Parts Manager. They take pride in putting a friendly face to the quick response and parts support your business deserves.

At Dandenong we carry over half a million dollars of parts stock. This is supported by ninety million dollars of parts stock available OVERNIGHT from Case’s Sydney warehouse. Our entire inventory is reviewed weekly when new lines are added, old lines removed and replenishment stock orders are placed. Currently, this level of stock is providing our customers’ with over seventy percent of their spare parts requirements directly off our shelves. We measure this rate daily and strive toward achieving an off the shelf supply rate in excess of eighty five percent.

In addition to Case parts, we also carry a range of safety equipment, lubricating oils, paint, batteries, portable pumps and generators as well as Case branded apparel and merchandise. We have access to an extensive number of local and international suppliers through the dealer network. This allows us to provide a wide variety of products and levels of service to meet every expectation.

At CASE Victoria we actively participate in bulk purchasing and promotions designed to give customers everyday low pricing. Prices are constantly monitored using our own knowledge and information provided by our customers to be competitive over the whole range of parts stocked.

Within metropolitan Melbourne and many suburban areas delivery times can be as low as two hours. We give customers the freedom to choose the particular dispatch method which best suits their needs depending on the urgency, time of day and type of service required.

We can even hand deliver parcels in emergency situations by utilizing our sales-force, service crew and parts personnel. We are open from 8.00 am to 12 noon on Saturday mornings and have an after hours emergency service.
